Developing an emerging generation of leaders is crucial to the future of the Church in India and South Africa. Crossroads uses a variety of seminars and workshops to train tomorrow's leaders and today's workers for effective ministry in an ever changing world climate.
The Art of Christian Leadership seminars - focused on sharpening leadership skills, expanding the abilities of leaders, and the acquisition of godly character - challenge, cultivate, and equip pastors and emerging church leaders to become effective servants of God who act as agents of change within the Church as well as within their societies and local communities.
